The Student Affairs Division of Yogyakarta State University held the 2022 Village Empowerment and Development Innovation Competition (LIP3D) at the national level with the hope of being able to encourage the thoughts/ideas of students in Indonesia to be more creative and innovative in developing local potential to accelerate village development and reduce poverty in their respective regions. respectively. Entrepreneurship development, both in the realm of community business development, as well as village-initiated businesses through BUMDes, Inter-Village Owned Enterprises, village superior products to dynamize the village economy.

Improving the quality of human resources in rural areas is not only seen from the aspect/strategy of increasing income, but also reducing costs, and losing potential in the future. In the context of the quality of human resources, it is expected to stimulate village sensitivity to crucial issues and basic health in the implementation of village development.

Fulfillment and Improvement of Rural Infrastructure, especially those that directly affect the development of the village economy and which have the impact of strengthening the social cohesion of rural communities.

Condition

Registered as an active student at the D3/D4/S1 level at a university in Indonesia.

Participants/groups must be from the same college.

Participants/groups are members of UKM/ORMAWA at the level of study programs, faculties, or universities as evidenced by a management certificate.

Provision

The competition is a group of a maximum of 10 members (chairman and members).

Each university may send more than one competition group, but each student may only register as chairman or member 1 time.

One UKM/Ormawa may send more than one group while still meeting the provisions of 2.b.

One group consists of active students who are registered as administrators and/or members of an UKM/Ormawa as evidenced by a membership certificate from the faculty/college. All innovation ideas received by the competition committee will be selected based on the initial assessment criteria to enter the next stage.

7 finalists who meet the terms and conditions of the competition, as well as the assessment from the jury, will compete for the championship title through an online presentation of innovation ideas via the Zoom application for a maximum of 10 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes of question and answer.

\Teams that pass the first stage of selection (declared as finalists) are required to send presentation files to the committee according to the specified time and are not allowed to be changed. The jury has the right to cancel the participant's winnings if it is proven that there are indications of cheating or violations The competition will be held if the minimum requirements for the participants are met to be declared valid as a national level competition, namely at least participants from 5 different provinces and at least 9 (nine) titles of innovation ideas competing in each competition category. If not met, then the competition category is cancelled.

Compatibility with mandatory administrative requirements such as: the date of the month of the proposal, data/identity of the proposer team, assistant lecturers, and the head of the university in the field of student affairs, signed biodata of the proposer team and accompanying lecturers, number and page numbers, signed statement from the chief executive by the team leader stamped and known to the university leadership. The suitability of the proposal format and writing with the applicable LIP3D Guidelines according to the competition category. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested. m.
